Birth Support Services
Birth can be the most empowering and transformational experience. It’s also deeply personal and tender and vulnerable. It is my job to offer you support and care in the midst of the moments that feel magical and the moments that feel messy.
As your Doula, I will provide you with empathic, heart centered, non-judgmental and unwavering support during pregnancy, labor, and the fourth trimester.
Whether you hope to birth unmedicated, medicated, in a tub, in your home, or at a hospital: my services will help you feel supported, empowered, and confident as you brave the wild landscape of birth.

Every birthing person deserves a Doula who:
champions and empowers you with evidence-based information that assists you in making the best decisions for you and your baby
supports you through the challenges and celebrates the many delights with you
listens to you, trusts you, your baby, your body, and your intuition
Full Birth Support Package
$1,000-$1,600*
*Everyone has the right to mental, physical and emotional support from a Doula. Your finances should not prohibit this. For this reason, I accept fees on a sliding scale. See my Sliding Scale page for more info.
-Two prenatal visits
-On-call support from 38 weeks
-Help create a calm environment for labor and birth
-Support during early labor at home as well as during labor and birth
-Two postpartum visits
-Unlimited emotional support via text/phone/email
-Informational support
-Spiritual support
-Emotional support for your partner
Prenatal visits will include (but are not limited to):
Answering the questions you have
Helping you create your birth plan/preferences
Going over comfort measures
Helping you, your partner/your family prepare for the postpartum period
Helping you prepare for feeding
Postpartum visits will include (but are not limited to):
Witnessing your birth story and supporting you as you process
Answering your postpartum questions
Feeding support
Supporting your partner/family during this transition
Now Accepting Medicaid/Apple Health
How does this support you? With this benefit you are allowed:
One prenatal intake visit, in-person, 2 hours
Continuous labor and delivery support
One comprehensive postpartum visit, 90 minutes
18.5 additional hours that can be used in the prenatal period and/or in the postpartum period, up to one year after birth
**A client remains eligible to receive birth doula services in labor, or the postpartum period, even if birth doula services were not initiated during the prenatal period. As long as clients fall within one of the eligibility periods, they remain eligible for birth doula service, regardless of when they first initiate care with their birth doula, whether it's during pregnancy, during labor or the postpartum period.**
Woven Together Doula Support Package
$1,850
This package includes everything in the Full Birth Support Package in addition to 16 hours of postpartum care.
-4 hour daytime visits

-8 hour nighttime visits

Stripped-Down Birth Support Package
$950
This is lovely for the fam welcoming their second, third, fourth+ baby and may not need quite as much support.
